Our Sapphire Training Packages

We understand that with a high staff turnover and 24-hour shift patterns, keeping staff well trained can be challenging and costly.

Our Sapphire Training Package allows you to take a reduced cost training plan, much as you would with a service contract, to ensure your Sapphire machine is used effectively with a low running cost.

The average cost of a Service Engineer callout is £1300. We see a high number of callouts where machine faults are attributed to human error, often where training has diluted internally post installation.

With a high number of our callouts and machine faults attributable to human error, a Sapphire Training Contract could reduce your production downtime and improve your machine’s longevity by ensuring staff are knowledge and well trained.
